I love it a lot. Her moves are a piece of art, fully expressing what her theme is- hallucination. Color scheme and makeup matches the dance. Eerie, and somewhat like a dream (or even a ghost from a horror movie). But that's what hallucination is about. Its about horror and the epitome of the human imagination. The human psyche, at times mysterious and slow moving, and at times wild and confusing. At the climax, the human psyche runs amok.
Her moves- so smooth and fluid makes turns her from a human into a piece of art. Tsk tsk....
Anyway I was searching for inspiration because I'm made in charge of some dance group thingy in my church. And I'm not even good at dance. Kinda perplexed....

Language is not just restricted to the domains of speaking alone. Just as in Paul Coelho's The Alchemist, he mentions about learning the language of the heart. What language of the heart?
Many times we have been so caught up with our own lives, living from day to day without thinking and reflecting much. We have been so bombarded with the things that occupy us, until we miss out observing the things around us, especially with people and their surroundings.
It means to me, that we have forgotten the language of the heart. Unspoken language, felt by the heart towards the bigger things in life.
If we can actually take time to detach ourselves and deconstruct the things that we do- and understand why we do it- we get to see the bigger picture, and feel more connected.
Many people today are feeling lost in their place. I think that is because we don't feel grounded, we feel detached and alienated from our surroundings; because we get too preoccupied only with ourselves.
A pastor once shared this interesting analogy:
In a room at night, the lights have to be switched on. When you look through the window panes to see the outside, you only see yourself due to the reflection and the darkness outside. However, in the day, the daylight fills in the room. When you look through the window panes, the scenery outside becomes so clear; you no longer see only yourself.
You are the room with the window panes. If you shut off your surroundings and remain in darkness, you'll only see yourself. But if you are willing to allow yourself to be interactive to your surroundings, you'll see the larger, beautiful picture.
